“I clicked on Laserfiche, went into his file, opened up an email, printed Laserfiche to a PDF attachment, and within 10 minutes, his tax returns were sent to him in Seattle where he was sitting,” Surden said. “It was pretty cool that I could do all that and didn’t even have to get up from my desk.”
