Irvine, CA — November 10, 2011 – Law firm Oswald & Yap LLP had been using document management software for decades when they discovered that their system was no longer going to be supported by IBM. Partner Calvin Yap began to search fo ra suitable replacement for their document management software. “We save on paper, storage and staff. One and a half people were doing filing, and we don’t need them anymore. We used to have one legal secretary for every two attorneys, but now it’s one for every three or four,” Yap said. “It used to be if something went missing, the whole office had to stop and look for the file. “Laserfiche saves me a lot of time and space. I used to have six drawers full of paper in our office. Now I can find HR documents, applications, and whatever else right away,” Keung said. “It’s very good for me to have it organized. Everything is at my fingertips.”
The biggest perk for Langdon is the ability to email files. He said Laserfiche saves him countless hours of searching for and re-filing documents.
